Can I get physical conversation therapy as well?

How can I pay?
You can pay with Vipps. Vipps is a digital payment service for smartphones and you have to download the Vipps application to pay.
How do I log in?
To log in to the user account, press the ‘booking’ button on our homepage, then the ‘login’ button located at the top right corner of your screen.
How much does a session cost at Cope?
A psychology session of 45 minutes costs NOK 1150. A drop-in session costs NOK 400.
I don't know what diagnosis I have - can you help me?
Our psychologists can help you with everyday challenges that affect your psyche, but they cannot make a diagnosis online. If you think you may have symptoms of a (severe) psychological disorder, contact your GP for further assistance.
I need urgent help - what do I do?
If you need emergency medical or psychological assistence, call the emergency service number 113 in Norway or 112 in Europe, or the emergency number in the country where you currently are.

What are your opening hours?
Cope is available all year round, except on holidays. Opening hours on weekdays are 08.00-22.00 and 10.00-18.00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
What can I expect from my psychology session?
If you book a psychology session, you will talk to your chosen psychologist about what you need help with. Our psychologist will help you to find better ways to deal with your challenges. The quality of our sessions is the same as regular, offline sessions.
What can you help me with?
We can help you with basic mental problems and/or everyday challenges.
What can't you help me with?
Are you suicidal or do you have thoughts of hurting yourself or others? Call the emergency room at 116 117 or 113. Cope is a service for people who need help coping with everyday challenges and alleviating mental health difficulties. We do not treat those in need of urgent help.
